The first session is a 90-minute deep dive to really get to the heart of things, followed by 60-minute sessions for the remaining 11 weeks.
In each session, we’ll focus on your goals, tackle any obstacles, and create actionable steps for lasting change. I’ll also weave in mindfulness and movement practices to keep you grounded and inspired throughout your journey.
After each session, I’ll send you follow-up notes and personalised resources—like meditations, breathwork exercises, movement videos, coaching tools, and worksheets—to help you stay on track. Everything is designed to support your unique journey of transformation.
